Your Data, Your Choice

Delete your data

You can permanently delete your Gmango account and the personal data associated with it at any time, directly from the app.

Step 1

Open Settings from the Home screen

Open the Gmango app and tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Home screen.

Tap "Settings" on your Profile

On the Profile screen, tap the Settings card.

Tap "Delete Account" under Account Security

Scroll to the Account Security section and tap Delete Account.

Confirm the deletion

Review what will be removed, check "I understand that this action is permanent and cannot be undone", then tap Delete My Account. You will be logged out immediately.

Your subscription ends. No refunds are issued for remaining time.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. In line with our Privacy Policy, identifiable data is permanently deleted or anonymized from our systems within 30 days of your request.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, email us at support@gmango.ai from the email address associated with your account and request deletion of your account and data. We'll process your request within 30 days.
