This Agreement applies to the AI Healthcare Service Platform, AI Physician, AI Pharmacist, AI Nurse, AI Medical Technologist, AI Rehabilitation Specialist, AI Health Management Services, Cloud Pharmacy Services, and related healthcare services.
By registering, logging in, accessing, consulting, uploading materials, accepting diagnoses, accepting prescriptions, using the Cloud Pharmacy, or using any service on the Platform, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of this Agreement.
Chapter 1 General Provisions
1.1 This Platform is an artificial intelligence healthcare service platform.
1.2 This Platform provides healthcare-related services to Users through artificial intelligence technology.
1.3 Platform services include, but are not limited to:
- (1) AI Physician services
- (2) AI Pharmacist services
- (3) AI Nurse services
- (4) AI Medical Technologist services
- (5) AI Rehabilitation services
- (6) AI Health Management services
- (7) Cloud Pharmacy services
- (8) Electronic prescription services
- (9) Disease risk assessment services
- (10) Medical record analysis services
- (11) Test result interpretation services
- (12) Medical imaging analysis services
1.4 The User agrees to comply with all terms of this Agreement.
Chapter 2 Nature of Platform Services
2.1 The Platform aims to improve the accessibility of healthcare services.
2.2 The Platform is particularly applicable to countries and regions with insufficient medical resources, physician shortages, or inadequate healthcare service coverage.
2.3 Healthcare services provided by the Platform constitute artificial intelligence healthcare services.
2.4 The User understands that the Platform provides healthcare services but cannot guarantee any specific medical outcome.
2.5 The User understands that medical activities inherently carry risks.
Chapter 3 User Eligibility
3.1 Users shall possess full capacity for civil conduct.
3.2 Minors shall have this Agreement signed on their behalf by a guardian.
3.3 Users shall provide truthful identity information.
3.4 Users shall ensure that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
Chapter 4 User Informed Consent
4.1 The User expressly understands that:
AI healthcare services may include:
- (1) Disease diagnosis
- (2) Differential diagnosis
- (3) Testing recommendations
- (4) Test requisition forms
- (5) Medication treatment recommendations
- (6) Electronic prescription recommendations
- (7) Rehabilitation recommendations
- (8) Referral recommendations
4.2 The User understands that:
Diagnostic results depend on information provided by the User.
4.3 The User understands that:
Incorrect, incomplete, or omitted information may lead to incorrect diagnosis.
4.4 The User agrees to bear the related risks arising from inaccurate User information.
Chapter 5 AI Physician Services
5.1 The AI Physician may perform analysis based on:
- (1) Symptom descriptions
- (2) Medical history materials
- (3) Prior medical records
- (4) Test reports
- (5) Imaging materials
- (6) Vital sign data
5.2 The AI Physician may provide:
- (1) Disease diagnosis
- (2) Differential diagnosis
- (3) Test requisition recommendations
- (4) Test item recommendations
- (5) Medication treatment recommendations
- (6) Prescription recommendations
- (7) Rehabilitation recommendations
- (8) Referral recommendations
5.3 The User understands that:
The AI Physician cannot have direct physical contact with the patient.
5.4 The User understands that:
The AI Physician cannot perform a complete physical examination.
5.5 The User understands that:
Complex diseases may not be fully identified.
Chapter 6 AI Pharmacist Services
6.1 The AI Pharmacist may provide pharmaceutical services based on:
- (1) Prescriptions
- (2) Drug package inserts
- (3) Medical history
- (4) User information
6.2 The AI Pharmacist may provide:
- (1) Medication instructions
- (2) Dosage recommendations
- (3) Medication reminders
- (4) Medication education
- (5) Medication risk alerts
6.3 The User understands that:
Medications may cause adverse reactions.
6.4 The User understands that:
Medications may cause allergic reactions.
Chapter 7 AI Nurse Services
7.1 The AI Nurse may provide:
- (1) Health education
- (2) Post-operative follow-up
- (3) Medication reminders
- (4) Rehabilitation guidance
- (5) Chronic disease management guidance
7.2 The AI Nurse does not provide in-person nursing services.
7.3 The User shall promptly report changes in medical condition.
Chapter 8 AI Medical Technologist Services
8.1 The AI Medical Technologist may provide:
- (1) Test result analysis
- (2) Laboratory result analysis
- (3) Imaging result analysis
- (4) Disease risk assessment
8.2 The User understands that:
Analysis results depend on the quality of uploaded materials.
8.3 The User understands that:
Incorrect materials may lead to incorrect conclusions.
Chapter 9 AI Rehabilitation Services
9.1 AI Rehabilitation services include:
- (1) Rehabilitation guidance
- (2) Exercise recommendations
- (3) Recovery plans
- (4) Lifestyle recommendations
9.2 The User shall follow recommendations according to their own circumstances.
9.3 The User shall seek medical care promptly when abnormalities occur.
Chapter 10 Cloud Pharmacy Services
10.1 The Cloud Pharmacy may provide pharmaceutical services based on lawful prescriptions.
10.2 The Cloud Pharmacy may provide:
- (1) Drug information
- (2) Drug delivery
- (3) Drug consultation
- (4) Medication guidance
10.3 The User shall confirm the drug name, dosage, and usage.
10.4 Medication use risks are jointly determined by the User and prescription execution.
10.5 The User shall immediately stop taking medication and seek medical help upon discovering abnormal conditions.
Chapter 11 User Information Disclosure Obligations
11.1 The User must provide the Platform with true, complete, and accurate information.
11.2 The User shall proactively disclose:
- (1) Past medical history
- (2) Current diseases
- (3) Surgical history
- (4) Hospitalization history
- (5) Medication use history
- (6) Allergy history
- (7) Family genetic disease history
- (8) Pregnancy status
- (9) Breastfeeding status
- (10) Mental illness history
11.3 The User shall not intentionally conceal any important information that may affect diagnosis, treatment, or medication.
11.4 The User shall promptly update changes in medical condition.
11.5 Consequences arising from incorrect, false, omitted, or outdated information provided by the User shall be borne by the User.
Chapter 12 Medical History Disclosure Obligations
12.1 The User shall proactively disclose the following major diseases:
- (1) Hypertension
- (2) Diabetes
- (3) Coronary heart disease
- (4) Heart failure
- (5) Stroke
- (6) Chronic kidney disease
- (7) Chronic liver disease
- (8) Malignant tumors
- (9) Epilepsy
- (10) Mental illness
- (11) Immune system diseases
- (12) Genetic diseases
12.2 Failure by the User to disclose the above conditions may result in:
- (1) Misdiagnosis
- (2) Missed diagnosis
- (3) Incorrect medication
- (4) Worsening of condition
- (5) Serious complications
- (6) Death
Chapter 13 Medication Risk Disclosure
13.1 The User understands that any medication may carry risks.
13.2 Risks include, but are not limited to:
- (1) Adverse drug reactions
- (2) Drug side effects
- (3) Drug toxic reactions
- (4) Drug allergic reactions
- (5) Drug resistance
- (6) Drug ineffectiveness
- (7) Drug interactions
- (8) Long-term use risks
13.3 Even when medications are used at standard dosages, serious adverse reactions may still occur.
13.4 The Platform cannot guarantee that medications will be effective.
13.5 The Platform cannot guarantee that medications will not produce side effects.
Chapter 14 Allergy Risk Disclosure
14.1 The User must proactively disclose:
- (1) Drug allergies
- (2) Antibiotic allergies
- (3) Penicillin allergy
- (4) Cephalosporin allergy
- (5) Sulfonamide allergy
- (6) Anesthetic allergy
- (7) Contrast agent allergy
- (8) Food allergies
- (9) Seafood allergy
- (10) Peanut allergy
- (11) Dairy allergy
- (12) Herbal medicine allergy
14.2 The User understands that:
The Platform cannot guarantee identification of all allergy risks.
14.3 Even without prior allergy history, a first-time allergic reaction may occur.
14.4 Severe allergic reactions may result in:
- (1) Difficulty breathing
- (2) Anaphylactic shock
- (3) Organ failure
- (4) Death
Chapter 15 Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Risk Disclosure
15.1 Pregnant Users shall proactively disclose their pregnancy status.
15.2 Breastfeeding Users shall proactively disclose their breastfeeding status.
15.3 Certain medications may:
- (1) Affect fetal development
- (2) Cause miscarriage
- (3) Cause fetal malformation
- (4) Affect breastfeeding
15.4 The Platform recommends that pregnant Users receive further evaluation from professional medical institutions.
Chapter 16 Children and Minor Service Terms
16.1 Minors shall use the Platform through a guardian.
16.2 The guardian shall ensure that the information provided is true and accurate.
16.3 Pediatric diseases may change rapidly.
16.4 The User understands that:
AI cannot replace face-to-face examination by a pediatric specialist.
Chapter 17 Elderly Patient Risk Disclosure
17.1 Elderly patients typically have:
- (1) Multiple coexisting diseases
- (2) Concurrent use of multiple medications
- (3) Declining organ function
17.2 Elderly patients have a higher risk of adverse drug reactions.
17.3 Medical conditions in elderly patients may change rapidly.
17.4 The Platform recommends seeking in-person medical care promptly when necessary.
Chapter 18 Mental Illness Risk Disclosure
18.1 The Platform may provide mental health-related recommendations.
18.2 The Platform cannot replace a psychiatrist.
18.3 The User shall immediately seek professional help when the following conditions occur:
- (1) Suicidal ideation
- (2) Self-harm behavior
- (3) Severe mental abnormality
- (4) Violent tendencies
- (5) Mental health crisis
18.4 The Platform does not provide psychiatric emergency services.
Chapter 19 Cancer and Major Disease Risk Disclosure
19.1 The User understands that:
Diagnosis and treatment of cancer and major diseases are complex.
19.2 AI analysis results serve only as supplementary reference.
19.3 The Platform cannot guarantee:
- (1) Detection of all cancers
- (2) Detection of all metastatic lesions
- (3) Detection of all recurrence
19.4 The User shall receive further examination and treatment at regular medical institutions.
Chapter 20 General Medical Risk Disclosure
20.1 The User understands that:
All medical activities carry risks.
20.2 Risks include, but are not limited to:
- (1) Misdiagnosis
- (2) Missed diagnosis
- (3) Delayed diagnosis
- (4) Incorrect treatment
- (5) Incorrect medication
- (6) Treatment failure
- (7) Worsening of condition
- (8) Infection
- (9) Organ damage
- (10) Permanent disability
- (11) Death
20.3 The User understands that:
Even when services are provided in accordance with current medical standards, the above risks may still occur.
20.4 The User voluntarily accepts the above risks and continues to use Platform services.
20.5 The User confirms that they have fully understood the limitations of AI healthcare services and the inherent risks of medical activities themselves.
Chapter 21 Emergency and Critical Illness Exclusion Terms
21.1 This Platform is not an emergency medical institution.
21.2 This Platform does not provide:
- (1) 120 emergency services
- (2) 911 emergency services
- (3) Pre-hospital emergency services
- (4) Critical care services
- (5) Trauma emergency services
21.3 The User shall not continue to rely on Platform services when the following conditions occur:
- (1) Chest pain
- (2) Acute difficulty breathing
- (3) Severe bleeding
- (4) Stroke symptoms
- (5) Shock
- (6) Coma
- (7) Persistent seizures
- (8) Severe allergic reaction
- (9) Drug poisoning
- (10) Cardiac arrest
- (11) Severe trauma
- (12) Acute mental health crisis
- (13) Suicide risk
- (14) Other life-threatening conditions
21.4 The User shall immediately go to a hospital or contact local emergency services.
21.5 Harm resulting from the User's failure to seek timely medical care shall be borne by the User.
Chapter 22 AI System Limitations Disclosure
22.1 The User understands that:
The AI system is not a real human physician.
22.2 The AI system cannot:
- (1) Directly observe the patient
- (2) Perform palpation
- (3) Perform auscultation
- (4) Perform neurological examinations
- (5) Observe all clinical manifestations of the patient
22.3 The AI system's judgments are based solely on available information.
22.4 Some diseases may not be identified due to insufficient information.
22.5 The User understands that:
All artificial intelligence systems have limitations.
Chapter 23 AI Model Hallucination Risk Disclosure
23.1 The User understands that:
Artificial intelligence systems may produce model hallucinations.
23.2 Model hallucinations include:
- (1) Generating incorrect facts
- (2) Generating incorrect disease assessments
- (3) Generating incorrect drug information
- (4) Generating incorrect treatment recommendations
- (5) Generating incorrect testing recommendations
23.3 The User understands that:
Even when the system has been trained and validated, model hallucinations cannot be completely avoided.
23.4 The User agrees to accept this risk.
Chapter 24 Technical Failures and Network Risks
24.1 The Platform may experience:
- (1) System failures
- (2) Server failures
- (3) Database failures
- (4) Network interruptions
- (5) Cloud service failures
- (6) Power outages
- (7) Software defects
- (8) Cyberattacks
- (9) Hacking attacks
- (10) Virus infections
24.2 The above situations may result in:
- (1) Service interruption
- (2) Data delays
- (3) Diagnosis delays
- (4) Prescription delays
- (5) Drug delivery delays
24.3 The User understands and accepts the above risks.
Chapter 25 Third-Party Service Risks
25.1 Certain Platform services may be supported by third parties.
Including, but not limited to:
- (1) Laboratories
- (2) Medical imaging institutions
- (3) Drug suppliers
- (4) Logistics companies
- (5) Payment institutions
- (6) Telecommunications service providers
- (7) Cloud service providers
25.2 The Platform cannot fully control third-party conduct.
25.3 For losses caused by third parties, the Platform shall bear corresponding liability to the extent permitted by law.
Chapter 26 Test Results and Medical Record Authenticity Statement
26.1 The User shall ensure that uploaded materials are authentic.
26.2 Materials uploaded by the User, including:
- (1) Test reports
- (2) Pathology reports
- (3) Laboratory results
- (4) Imaging materials
- (5) Medical record materials
shall be complete and unaltered.
26.3 The Platform cannot verify the authenticity of all materials.
26.4 Incorrect materials may result in:
- (1) Misdiagnosis
- (2) Missed diagnosis
- (3) Incorrect treatment
- (4) Incorrect prescriptions
Chapter 27 Medical Outcome Disclaimer
27.1 The User understands that:
The Platform provides healthcare services, not guarantees of medical outcomes.
27.2 The Platform does not guarantee:
- (1) Disease cure
- (2) Symptom improvement
- (3) Medication effectiveness
- (4) Normal test results
- (5) Successful rehabilitation
- (6) Extended lifespan
- (7) Avoidance of death
27.3 Medical outcomes are affected by multiple factors, including:
- (1) The disease itself
- (2) Individual differences
- (3) Drug reactions
- (4) Compliance
- (5) Genetic factors
- (6) Environmental factors
- (7) Other unpredictable factors
Chapter 28 Privacy Protection Terms
28.1 The Platform respects User privacy and medical data.
28.2 Without User authorization, the Platform will not disclose User personal medical information to third parties.
28.3 Exceptions include:
- (1) Legal and regulatory requirements
- (2) Judicial authority requirements
- (3) Regulatory authority requirements
- (4) Written User authorization
28.4 The Platform will take reasonable measures to protect User data security.
Chapter 29 Data Authorization Terms
29.1 The User authorizes the Platform to store User medical data.
29.2 The User authorizes the Platform to use relevant data to provide healthcare services.
29.3 The User authorizes the Platform to use de-identified data for:
- (1) Medical research
- (2) AI training
- (3) Algorithm optimization
- (4) Product improvement
29.4 The Platform will not sell User personally identifiable information.
Chapter 30 Platform Liability Limitation Terms
30.1 The User confirms that:
Medical activities inherently carry risks.
30.2 The User confirms that:
AI healthcare services carry inherent risks.
30.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its:
- (1) Shareholders
- (2) Directors
- (3) Senior management
- (4) Employees
- (5) Advisors
- (6) Partner hospitals
- (7) Partner pharmacies
- (8) Partner laboratories
- (9) Partner institutions
- (10) Affiliated companies
shall not be liable for losses arising from the following reasons:
① Incorrect information provided by the User
② User concealment of medical history
③ User concealment of allergy history
④ User failure to follow medical advice
⑤ User self-discontinuation of medication
⑥ Disease complexity
⑦ Inherent medical risks
⑧ Adverse drug reactions
⑨ Technical failures
⑩ Unforeseeable events
30.4 This clause does not apply to circumstances where exemption from liability is expressly prohibited by law.
30.5 The User confirms that they have fully understood the contents of this clause and agree to continue using Platform services.
Chapter 31 User Indemnification Terms
31.1 The User agrees that for losses, claims, litigation, arbitration, fines, or expenses incurred by the Platform, affiliated companies, partner institutions, shareholders, directors, senior management, employees, or advisors due to the following reasons, the User shall bear corresponding liability:
- (1) Providing false information;
- (2) Concealing medical history;
- (3) Concealing drug allergy history;
- (4) Concealing disease conditions;
- (5) Forging medical record materials;
- (6) Forging test reports;
- (7) Impersonating another person's identity;
- (8) Illegal use of Platform services;
- (9) Violation of this Agreement;
- (10) Infringement of third-party lawful rights and interests.
31.2 The User agrees to indemnify reasonable attorney fees, litigation fees, investigation fees, and other expenses arising therefrom.
Chapter 32 Force Majeure Terms
32.1 If the Platform is unable to provide services due to force majeure, the Platform shall not be liable for breach of contract.
32.2 Force majeure includes, but is not limited to:
- (1) War;
- (2) Terrorist attacks;
- (3) Riots;
- (4) Epidemics;
- (5) Natural disasters;
- (6) Floods;
- (7) Earthquakes;
- (8) Fires;
- (9) Typhoons;
- (10) Power outages;
- (11) Network interruptions;
- (12) Government actions;
- (13) Changes in laws and policies;
- (14) International sanctions;
- (15) Other uncontrollable events.
32.3 The Platform will restore services to a reasonable extent.
Chapter 33 Service Modification and Termination
33.1 The Platform has the right to adjust service content according to business needs.
33.2 The Platform has the right to add, suspend, modify, or terminate certain services.
33.3 The Platform has the right to suspend or terminate User services under the following circumstances:
- (1) Violation of laws and regulations;
- (2) Violation of this Agreement;
- (3) Providing false information;
- (4) Endangering Platform security;
- (5) Fraudulent conduct;
- (6) Harm to third-party rights and interests.
33.4 After service termination, clauses relating to liability limitation, dispute resolution, indemnification, and other provisions that should remain in effect shall continue to be valid.
Chapter 34 Intellectual Property
34.1 Intellectual property in the Platform software, systems, algorithms, models, databases, interfaces, designs, trademarks, names, and related content belongs to the Platform.
34.2 Without written permission, the User shall not:
- (1) Copy;
- (2) Modify;
- (3) Reverse engineer;
- (4) Sell;
- (5) Sublicense;
- (6) Use commercially.
34.3 The User retains corresponding rights to uploaded materials under law.
Chapter 35 User Conduct Standards
35.1 The User shall not use the Platform to:
- (1) Engage in illegal activities;
- (2) Disseminate false medical information;
- (3) Disseminate malicious programs;
- (4) Interfere with Platform operation;
- (5) Attack Platform systems;
- (6) Infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others.
35.2 The Platform has the right to take restrictive measures.
Chapter 36 International Service Terms
36.1 The Platform may provide services to multiple countries and regions.
36.2 The User shall comply with local laws and regulations.
36.3 Medical systems differ across countries and regions.
36.4 The User understands that:
Recommendations provided by the Platform may require further implementation in accordance with local regulations.
36.5 The User shall independently confirm local drug registration, prescription management, and medical regulations.
Chapter 37 Dispute Resolution
37.1 When disputes arise between the User and the Platform, they shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
37.2 If negotiation fails, both parties agree to resolve disputes through legal procedures.
37.3 During dispute resolution, this shall not affect the performance of other undisputed clauses by both parties.
Chapter 38 Arbitration Terms
38.1 Where permitted by applicable law, both parties agree to prioritize arbitration to resolve disputes.
38.2 The arbitration venue shall be determined by the applicable jurisdiction designated by the Platform.
38.3 The arbitration award shall be final.
38.4 Both parties agree to be bound by the arbitration result.
Chapter 39 Agreement Modification
39.1 The Platform has the right to modify this Agreement based on changes in laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, technological development, and business needs.
39.2 The modified Agreement will be published on the Platform.
39.3 Continued use of Platform services by the User shall be deemed acceptance of the modified Agreement.
39.4 If the User does not agree with the modified content, the User shall stop using Platform services.
Chapter 40 Final Terms and User Execution
40.1 The User confirms that:

I have fully understood the nature, functions, limitations, and related risks of AI healthcare services.

- (1) The AI Physician may provide diagnostic opinions;
- (2) The AI Physician may provide test requisition recommendations;
- (3) The AI Physician may provide electronic prescription recommendations;
- (4) The AI Pharmacist may provide pharmaceutical service recommendations;
- (5) The AI Medical Technologist may provide test result analysis;
- (6) The AI Nurse may provide nursing and rehabilitation recommendations;
- (7) All results depend on information provided by the User and available materials.
40.4 The User confirms that:
Incorrect, incomplete, or omitted information may lead to misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis, incorrect prescriptions, worsening of condition, permanent injury, or death.
40.5 The User confirms that:
I understand that medical activities and artificial intelligence healthcare services both carry inherent risks.
40.6 The User confirms that:
I voluntarily accept all terms of this Agreement.
Chapter 41 Electronic Signature and Electronic Records
41.1 The User agrees to execute this Agreement electronically.
41.2 The User confirms that electronic signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
41.3 The Platform has the right to retain:
- (1) Execution time;
- (2) IP address;
- (3) Device information;
- (4) Account information;
- (5) Execution records;
as proof of Agreement execution.
41.4 The User agrees that electronic records may be used as evidence.
Chapter 42 Special Terms for Regions with Insufficient Medical Resources
42.1 The User understands that this Platform aims to improve healthcare accessibility in regions with insufficient medical resources.
42.2 The User understands that:
Some countries and regions may have:
- (1) Physician shortages;
- (2) Insufficient specialist resources;
- (3) Inadequate healthcare service coverage;
- (4) Insufficient drug supply.
42.3 The Platform aims to improve access to healthcare services but does not guarantee any specific outcome.
Chapter 43 Special Electronic Prescription Terms
43.1 The AI Physician may provide electronic prescription recommendations based on User information.
43.2 The User understands that:
Electronic prescriptions depend on:
- (1) User symptom descriptions;
- (2) Medical record materials;
- (3) Test results;
- (4) Other available information.
43.3 Incorrect information may lead to incorrect prescriptions.
43.4 The User shall carefully verify prescription contents.
Chapter 44 Drug Delivery Risk Terms
44.1 The Cloud Pharmacy may deliver drugs through third-party logistics.
44.2 The User understands that the following may occur:
- (1) Shipping delays;
- (2) Shipping damage;
- (3) Delivery errors;
- (4) Delivery failure due to force majeure.
44.3 The User shall verify immediately upon receipt of drugs.
Chapter 45 Medical Recommendation Execution Risk
45.1 The User independently decides whether to follow Platform recommendations.
45.2 The User shall consider their own circumstances when executing any:
- (1) Treatment recommendations;
- (2) Testing recommendations;
- (3) Medication recommendations;
- (4) Rehabilitation recommendations.
45.3 The User shall be responsible for actual execution conduct.
Chapter 46 Special Disease Terms
46.1 The Platform may provide auxiliary services for patients with major diseases.
46.2 Including, but not limited to:
- (1) Cancer;
- (2) Cardiovascular diseases;
- (3) Neurological diseases;
- (4) Rare diseases;
- (5) Autoimmune diseases.
46.3 The Platform cannot guarantee detection of all changes in medical condition.
Chapter 47 Public Health Event Terms
47.1 During epidemics, infectious disease outbreaks, and similar situations, the Platform may adjust service models.
47.2 The User shall comply with local public health requirements.
Chapter 48 Medical Information Educational Nature Statement
48.1 Certain Platform content constitutes health education content.
48.2 Health education content is for reference only.
48.3 It does not constitute medical advice for any specific individual.
Chapter 49 Platform Upgrade and Algorithm Updates
49.1 The Platform has the right to continuously upgrade AI models.
49.2 Algorithm upgrades may cause changes in diagnostic results.
49.3 The User agrees to accept reasonable system updates.
Chapter 50 Service Availability Statement
50.1 The Platform strives to maintain stable services.
