Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App, website, or by contacting support@gmangoai.com.
  • After cancellation, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law or in the event of a technical issue preventing access to the App.

Refund requests due to technical issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.

No Partial Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for partial periods, unused features, or voluntary account cancellation before the end of a billing cycle.

  2. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Changes to This Policy

G-MANGO INC may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted in the App.
